Educational Qualifications: Librarian in Technical Education:
- A master’s degree in library and information science, information science, documentation science, or a similar discipline is required, along with a first-class GPA, its equivalent, a track record of excellence in the classroom, and knowledge of how libraries are becoming more computerized.
- Having passed the UGC-administered National Level Test, the National Eligibility Test, and any additional comparable tests that the UGC has permitted (NET)
Librarians in Intermediate Education: A candidate must hold a postgraduate degree in library science and a bachelor’s degree in the arts, sciences, or business. Age Limit:
- The applicants ought to be somewhere around 18 years of age and no more established than 44. The age is determined according to the State and Subordinate Service Rules as of July 1, 2022.
Salary:
- Librarian in Technical Education: The aspirants will get Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 57,700 i.e Level-9A to Level-10
