Educational Qualifications:
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry degree (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) or a degree of equal standing from an acknowledged university, college, or institution in India or overseas. Additionally, students who have degrees from foreign universities and a valid registration certificate issued under the Odisha Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1970 should have the necessary conversion certifications acknowledged by the Veterinary Council of India (VCI) (Section 21).
Age Criteria:
A contender must be at least 21 years old and not older than 38 years old by January 1, 2022, which means that they must have been born between January 2, 1984, and January 1, 2001.
Salary:
- The wage scale of Rs. 56,100/- in Level-12, Cell -1 of the pay matrix as specified by Rule 3 of the ORSP Rules, 2017 with customary Dearness and any other allowances that may be approved from time to time by the Government of Odisha
Examination Fee:
According to GA&PG Department Notification No. 9897/Gen, Dt. 11th April 2022, the examination fee has been waived for all categories of applicants.
Selection Process:
According to the marks obtained in the written test, which must be equivalent to the number of advertised positions, the Commission will compile a list of the candidates in order of merit.
