Educational Qualifications:
- Applicants for the position of practicing advocate, pleader, or assistant public prosecutor must hold a law degree from an Indian university founded or incorporated by or under a Central Act and must be currently employed as an advocate or pleader in the High Court or courts below it. Alternatively, you must be working as a lawyer or advocate in the Supreme Court or a lower court.
