- To apply for WBCS Vacancies 2023, you must possess a degree from an accredited university.
- Bengali reading, writing, and speaking proficiency (not necessary for those whose mother tongue is Nepali)
Application Fee:
- For unreserved/BC/EWS candidates, the fee is Rs. 210 (excluding service fees and GST).
- For SC/ST/PWD of West Bengal, the fee is Nil.
Salary:
- Group B: The chosen individuals will get a salary of 56,100 – 1,44,300 i.e. Pay Level- 16
- Group D: The chosen individuals will get a salary of 32,100 – 82,900 i.e. Pay Level- 10
- Group A: The chosen individuals will get a salary of 56,100 – 1,44,300 i.e. Pay Level- 16
- Group B: The chosen individuals will get a salary of 56,100 – 1,44,300 i.e. Pay Level- 16
Selection Process:
- There are two components to the W.B.C.S. (Exe.) etc. exam: a written examination and a personality test.
- The preliminary test (objective MCQ type) and the main exam are the two components of the written exam that will be administered in sequence (Both Objective MCQ Type and Conventional Type).
- The Preliminary Examination results will determine how many candidates are admitted to the Main Examination, and the Main Examination results will determine how many candidates are asked to do the Personality Test.

- After reviewing the eligibility requirements carefully, click the “Continue” option.
- On your screen will come a form with many application steps.

- Keep the application structure available for sometime later.
