Educational Qualifications: Assistant Supervisor (AS):
- Graduates from any subject who speaks Hindi, or English, and are fluent in the native tongue
- A current BCAS Basic AVSEC Certificate is required.
- 1 year of supervisory experience is required.
Regional Security Officer (RSO):
- Graduates from any subject who speaks Hindi, or English, and are fluent in the native tongue
- A current BCAS Basic AVSEC Certificate is required.
- Must have five years of senior-level supervisory experience.
Age Limit:
- 40 years is the maximum age for an experienced regional security officer (RSO).
- 35 years is the maximum age for Assistant Supervisor (AS) positions.
Salary:
- Assistant Supervisor (AS): The chosen applicants will get Rs. 27,000/-
- Regional Security Officer (RSO): The chosen applicants will get Rs. 42,000/-
Selection process:
- Candidates who appear to match the qualifying requirements for the position of Regional Security Officer (RSO) will be required to take a written exam and then an interview.
- Candidates for the position of Assistant Supervisor (AS) who appear to be eligible must take the skill exam and personality assessment test.
- The cost of the pre-employment medical exams will be covered by the chosen candidates for the RSO and AS Posts.
