Educational Qualifications:
- Applicants are eligible to apply if they have successfully finished a B.Sc. (Nursing) with the incorporated CCHN OR Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) CCHN from an Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing Council accredited Institute or University as of the academic year 2020 or later.
- Applicants must hold a current Registration certificate and be registered as nurses and midwives with the UP Nurses & Midwives Council.
- In the absence of a registration certificate, a candidate must submit an application form together with a duplicate of the registration slip that has been properly self-attested.
Age Limit:
- The person’s age must be below 35 as of October 21, 2022, and the reservation policy is in effect in accordance with U.P. State Government regulations.
Salary:
- The successful applicant will receive a contractual appointment as a community health officer at sub-center level HWCs, as well as an honorarium of up to Rs. 20,500 per month and up to Rs. 15,000 in performance-based incentives (PBI) at the time of their posting as a CHO at an SC-HWC in the designated district, subject to guidelines set forth by the government of India.
Selection Process:
- The sole criterion for selection shall be merit and the percentage of overall marks earned in the final-year examination.
- If selected, the candidate’s application will be subject to verification of information and supporting documentation when they appear for the Document Verification Process at the designated Center.
