Educational Qualifications:
- Candidates who have completed or are enrolled in the last year of the aforementioned engineering degree program are eligible to apply.
- Education requirements for widows of military personnel killed in action
- Graduation in any subject is required for SSCW (Non-Tech) (Non-UPSC).
- B.E./B. Tech in any engineering field is required for SSCW (Tech).
Age Limit:
- For SSC Recruitment in the Indian Army 2023 SSCW (Tech): 32 Women and 61 Men, SSC (Tech) As on October 1, 2023, the age restriction is 20 to 27.
- Applicants must have been born between October 2, 1996, and October 1, 2003. (both days inclusive).
- Solely for the widows of defense personnel who died while being tethered.
- As of October 1, 2023, SSCW (Non-Tech) [Non-UPSC] and SSCW (Tech) candidates may be no older than 35.
Selection Process:
- The applicants will be narrowed down based on the grades they received for their academic credentials.
- Candidates who have been shortlisted will get a notification of an interview date and time.
- The marks earned in the required educational requirements, the interview, and the medical examination will be used to create the final merit list.
