Educational Qualifications:
- Technician Apprentice: Candidates who completed a three-year diploma program in the fields of ECE, CSE, MECH, EEE, EIE, or civil engineering on or after April 1, 2020
- Graduate Engineer Apprentice: Candidates who, on or after April 1, 2020, graduated from an Indian university or an AICTE-approved institution with a four-year B.E. or B.Tech degree in one of the engineering fields of ECE, CSE, MECH, EEE, EIE, or CIVIL.
Age Criteria: The maximum age for applicants for Graduate Engineering Apprentices (GEA) and Technician (Diploma) Apprentices is shown below (TA).
- Age limit of 25 or less as of December 31, 2022.
- For applicants who are SC/ST, OBC-NC, or PWD, the upper age restriction is lowered by 5 years, 3 years, and 10 years, respectively.
Application Fee:
- Rs. 500 is the application fee for those who fall within the UR, OBC, and EWS categories.
- Women candidates and members of the SC and ST PwBD classes will not be required to pay an application fee.
Salary:
- Technician Apprentice: The applicants will get Rs. 8000/-
- Graduate Engineer Apprentice: The applicants will get Rs. 9000/-
Selection Process: The merit of the qualifying examination mark will be taken into consideration while selecting apprentices.
