Educational Qualifications:
- A degree in mining engineering, a three-year mining engineering diploma, or other credentials equal thereto certified by the Central Government from any reputable institution may be obtained.
- Working in both open cast (OC) and underground (UG) mines requires a valid Overmanship Competency Certificate(Unrestricted) issued by the Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS) in accordance with the Coal Mines Regulation 2017.
- DGMS issued a valid Gas testing certificate.
- A current first aid certification.
Age Limit:
- The applicant’s age as of the notification date cannot be less than 18 years old. (i.e 02.05.2023)
- According to the notification date (i.e., 02.05.2023), the competitor should be more established than 35 years old for SC/ST and 33 years old for OBC (NCL).
Salary:
- The candidates who are chosen would receive a basic salary of Rs.31,852/-.
Application Fee:
- Rs.1180/- For OBC (NCL) applicants
- No fee For SC/ ST applicants
Selection Process:
Computer-based testing (CBT) will be the exclusive technique of selection. No one-on-one interviews will be conducted.
