Educational Qualifications:
- Assistant Manager: Applicants must have at least 60% on their Master’s degree or its equivalent from an accredited university. Applicants with prior tribal product marketing expertise will be given consideration.
- Deputy General Manager: Applicants for the position of deputy general manager should have at least a master’s degree in human resource management, personnel management, and industrial relations, or an MBA (HR) from an accredited institution. Applicants with administrative and human resources expertise at a reputable company will be given preference.
Age Limit:
- Assistant Manager: 30 years or older
- Deputy General Manager: 45 years or older
Application Fee:
- Applicants in the general, OBCI, and EWS categories must pay Rs. 1000.
- Applicants in the SC/ST/PwD categories must pay Rs. 500.
Salary:
- Assistant Manager: The salary will be Rs. 56,100 – 1,77,500/- (Level-10)
- Deputy General Manager: The salary will be Rs. 78,800 – 2,09,200/- (Level-12)
Selection Process:
- A written test and/or an interview may be a part of the selection process, depending on what TRIFED decides.
- The eligibility requirements will determine whether applicants are summoned for the written exam and/or interview.
- Based on the results of the written test and/or interview, if appropriate, the final decision will be made.
